A block of rooms is being held for the meeting at a rate of $289 from Sunday, 10/6 through Thursday, 10/10. 

Room rate is subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 10%).  

Please note there is a three-dollar ($3.00) per room, per night Chamber of Commerce fee, but is subject to change without notice. 

 

In addition, a resort services charge is charged in the amount of $30 per night plus sales taxes which provides the following amenities:

• Wifi in guest rooms and throughout the hotel excluding meeting space

• Courtesy guest shuttle covering a 3-mile radius which covers all of Palmetto Dunes Beach, golf and tennis facilities, and Shelter Cove Towne Center & Marino for additional shopping, water sports, dining, and entertainment options.

• 24-hour state-of-the-art Fitness Center

• Self-parking included - Valet parking is available at $25.00 per night

• In-room Keurig with coffee and tea

Rates are in effect until Wednesday, Sept. 4.  After that date, reservation requests will be accepted based on guest room availability at prevailing rates.
